"The Noticer" by Andy Andrews

"The Noticer" by Andy Andrews is a great work of fiction. It is told through multiple perspectives around an elderly man called Jones. His race is unknown--each person sees him a different way, and he has other ethnic names. Anyway, Jones wanders around town fixing people's problems. As for the main character, he gives him books to read and eventually encourages him to start a life and leave his homeless state.
This book is very much a self-help book. However, it isn't just pages and pages of mantra thrown at the reader. Rather, it is an assortment of stories from all works of life about people in distress. And, along comes Jones with his magic touch of perspective to smooth things out. No review can sum up how great this book is. Just read it for yourself and find out what all the fuss is about.
